Banner Ads

There are two types banner ads, text (only) and premium (with image).

You should see examples of both on the right.

Text banner ads

The text only ads have no image, and appear below the premium ads. The title that is the first line may be a link to a web page on Corozal.com or elsewhere. It should be short enough to fit on a single line.

Text banner ads may contain up to four short lines of text (like address and phone number) and one of those lines may be an email address. If an email address is long, we may use a shorter link, such as 'Email us' that will allow the viewer to click on it and your email address will appear in their email program. These four lines will appear every time your ad appears.

An additional line text can be one of several short lines that will change randomly when the page is refreshed. These lines may be items from your product line, features of your service, etc.

Counting the title, up to 4 fixed lines of text, and one random one, you may have up to six lines of text.

All email addresses on Chetumal.com are obfuscated, meaning that it is very difficult for spammers to automatically add them to their spam lists.

Premium banner ads

Premium ads appear first on the page, with an image, but you are limited to a title, an image (160x120 pixels), two lines of text, plus one random line, for a total of up to four lines of text.

Both the title and the image may link to a web page on Chetumal.com or elsewhere.
