After the clash yesterday betwing the presidents of Venezuela and Colombia, last Tuesday, Mexican President Felipe Calderón closed at 11:12 hours the Latin American Unity Summit of the Rio Group, which gave birth to the “Community of Latin American and Caribbean States", a new body in which does not integrate the U.S. and Canada.
